Valen by GrowthFlux allows you to permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.

Steps

  1. Open the Valen app
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation)
  3. Tap Security
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Type DELETE to confirm

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account and authentication records
  • Profile information (name, email, avatar, date of birth)
  • All goals, tasks, and milestones
  • All chat messages and conversation threads
  • All reflections and outcomes
  • All achievements and progress
  • Your profile photo
  • All session and refresh tokens

This action is irreversible. Once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.

Deleting Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to keep your account but clear your content:

  1. Go to Profile → Security
  2. Tap Clear My Data

This removes all your goals, tasks, chats, and achievements while keeping your account active.
